Flowersonline.ro has an experience of 8 years in creating bouqets and flower arrangements. Starting with 2003 we deliver flowers in all Romania.
Can I receive an invoice?
Yes, you can enter the billing and invoice details when you make the order, for all types of payment (online, into our bank account or Western Union/ Money Gram).
What is the substitution policy?
We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner. The time of day your order is placed, weather conditions and rural locations can all affect delivery time and date of an order.
Occasionally it may be necessary for us to substitute flowers or containers with products of same grade and quality. This may be necessary due to seasonal factor (for example tulips may not be available during certain months in various regions) or due to limitations of supply within smaller towns or rural areas. Also, specific flower varieties may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet or arrangement pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.
In this event, the local florist will deliver a second choice of similar flowers and container of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color.
In all cases where substitution is necessary, we will always maintain the value and integrity of the overall product, and will substitute with flowers of equal or greater value.

Is there a minimum price my order has to pass in order to be delivered?
No. You can order any product on out site, no matter how cheap it is.
I cannot find the desired product. Can I order something else?
Yes, of course. Contact us about the bouquet or arrangement you wish to deliver and we will make anything in our power to deliver it as you wish.
I would like to add another gift to my order, besides the flowers.Is that possible?
Yes, just contact us! Together with flower bouquet we also delivered cds, cakes, perfumes and giant plush toys.
I am from abroad. Can I order?
Of course! You can pay by credit card, Western Union or MoneyGram.
Can I pay online with debit cards valid only in Romania?
Yes.
I don't want the recipient to know who sent the flowers. Is that possible?
All the information the recipient receives is the one you write in the "MESSAGE" box, that will be written on a card. Any other information is confidential and will be disclosed only with your permission.

Can you deliver flowers today?
We can deliver flowers same day, for orders received before 12 noon local time, from Monday to Friday, and before 10AM on Saturday.
On what days do you deliver flowers?
We deliver flowers from Monday to Saturday in all cities.
Livrati si duminica?
All the florist we collaborate with are closed on Sundays, but we can deliver your order first thing on Monday or on Saturday evening.
What time will the order arrive?
The deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm. On peak delivery days (St Valentines Day and 8th of March - Mother's Day) the delivery can start earlier and end later.
Can I choose a certain delivery date?
Of course! 99% of our orders have to be delivered on an exact date. Whether it is a birthday, anniversary, wedding, or any other date, the delivery date is important.
How much is the shipping fee?
There is a standard fee of 5€ for all big cities in Romania

Yes, delivery to special places is possible. Just give us full details when the recipient can be reached at this places.
How are the flowers delivered?
All flowers are delivered by local florists, except the products that mention 'Fast courier delivery'.
Local florist create the bouquets and arrangements just minutes before they are delivered, so the flowers are received most fresh.
Fast courier delivered products are cheaper, and are packed carrefully and sent by local fast courier a day before the delivery date, so that the order arrive on the desired date
