Delivery cities
Flowersonline.ro deliveres flowers from Monday to Saturday between 09-18. No deliveries are made on Sundays.
We can deliver same day for orders received until 12 noon local time (Monday - Friday) and 10 am local time on Saturday.
The delivery can be made in every city in Romania, but also in the surrounding areas: Bucharest, Alba Iulia, Arad, Aiud, Bacau, Baia Mare,Barlad, Bistrita, Blaj, Braila, Brasov, Botosani, Buzau, Campia Turzii, Campina, Campulung Moldovenesc, Cluj Napoca, Codlea, Constanta, Craiova, Deva, Dej, Fagaras, Focsani, Galati, Gheorgheni, Hunedoara, Iasi, Mangalia, Medias, Miercurea Ciuc, Odorhei, Oradea, Piatra Neamt, Pitesti, Ploiesti, Predeal, Radauti, Reghin, Roman, Satu Mare, Sebes, Sf. Gheorghe, Sibiu, Sighisoara, Sinaia, Slatina, Suceava, Tg. Mures, Tg. Jiu, Timisoara, Turda, Vaslui, Zalau, and many others.
Delivery fee for any city in Romania is 5€
Peak days
If you want a bouquet or arrangement to be delivered on peak trading days, please place your order at least two days before the event to make sure your order is delivered on the desired date.

Substitution Policy
We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner. The time of day your order is placed, weather conditions and rural locations can all affect delivery time and date of an order.
Occasionally it may be necessary for us to substitute flowers or containers with products of same grade and quality. This may be necessary due to seasonal factor (for example tulips may not be available during certain months in various regions) or due to limitations of supply within smaller towns or rural areas. Also, specific flower varieties may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet or arrangement pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.
In this event, the local florist will deliver a second choice of similar flowers and container of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color.
In all cases where substitution is necessary, we will always maintain the value and integrity of the overall product, and will substitute with flowers of equal or greater value.
